A Nationalist and Pan African Veteran, who is a Protection Officer of a Very Important Personality of Close Protection.
Executive Marketing and Advisor Education.
He is a holder of Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Master of Science degree in International Business Management with distinction from The University of Sunderland in London.
His passion and commitment is for the full restoration of the 15th of March, 1992 Constitution, by which the preamble states:
“the right and obligation of every citizen to resist by civil disobedience upon the default of other resources, no matter what enterprise to overthrow the constitutional regime, to take power by a coup d'etat or exercise in a tyrannical manner.”
In support and realisation of this Constitution, Mr. Maboussou is also a President and Founder of New Alliance of Congo (N.A.C.).

His Royal Highness Mr. Kongolo, second by the name, is the current Emperor of the Bantu Kingdom of Kongo.
The Kongo Kingdom covers present day countries of: Congo Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Angola, Cabinda, Southern Cameron, Gabon, and Central Africa Republic.
Kongo Kingdom's Southern ally is the Monomutapa Kingdom, another Bantu Kingdom, which covers present day states of Zimbabwe, Zambia, Malawi, and Mozambique.
Civil Mining Engineer with a PhD, he has served as a Director General of Mines and Geology for the Republic of Congo. He is a former lecturer of Mineral sector Management and Development in Paris Mining School.

Chief of Staff advises and serves as a Management Consultant and Advisor for three Financial Services Groups were he specialises in fund raising, recoveries, loan backed securities, residential mortgage backed securities, life insurance backed securities; Jersey property unit trusts, insurance linked securities, new fund launches and captive securities.
He has recently undertaken work advising a large bank on insuring unrated/junk bonds and the creation of two Multi-Family Offices (MFOs).
